Hike around Lake Marmorera

On a sunny Saturday we drove to Marmorera to hike around the lake. After a coffee stop in the restaurant directly at the lake, we started walking.

The hike started with a steep ascent through the forest, followed by a leisurely walk through flower meadows.

At a herd of cows we met a billy goat, which was very funny and entertaining.

lunch-time. After our picnic we started the descent down to the lake to hike on the other side of the lake to Marmorera.

A short stop before walking the last part back down to the lake.

at the end we enjoyed delicious ice cream by the lake.
